The award winning Satori Springs at Canyon Leigh in NSW is an ecological and healthy destination resort designed by Integreco Principal Architect David Baggs, documented and delivered by the Integreco team, it was completed in 2008. The building is a showcase of contemporary Australian design with utlra high level energy performance, healthy and low impact materials selection. It is the equivalent of an 8 Star energy efficient with high level passive solar design and double glazing, underpinning the active solar thermal hydronic floor heating and solar hot water system. It is fully self sufficient in water. The building features large recycled bridge timbers in the Porte Cochere entry and elsewhere and a highly insulated hebel plank external cladding with Bali sandstone feature cladding.
